Lasting Partnership  - with Global Youth Safety Traffic Month, the nations leading youth distracted driving foundation.

Developed PocketFinder Corporate Responsibility and Fundraiser 

The PocketFinder Fundraiser gives a portion of each device sold back to the community to help build programs that are struggling due to the public school national budget crisis.

Developed relationships organizations included: AT&T, Version and T-Mobil- #ItCanWait No Texting and Driving Campaign, MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) along with many other well known philanthropic organizations.  . 

Innovative CSR - Combined the need of increased sales with the heart of the company of seeing a more globally connected world. This was LBT’s first cause based marketing campaign

Developed Relationships - with schools parent teacher associations and philanthropy program administrators to individualize implementation of the fundraiser. Campuses ranged from elementary to collegiate.

  • Tracked usage patterns of the managers using the product for all stores. Trained managers on the PocketFinder product and experience.
  • Created print collateral that explained the product and benefits to train Apple employees to create a more educated and passionate sales force.
  • Followed up with individuals to increase employee training and expertise. 


Co-supervised the Off Site Customer Service Department

 

Worked directly in conjunction with our VP of Customer Service with the overall direction, development, and performance of the department. 

Set performance standards: Helped set team performance standards and goals to meet revenue and call volume quotas. 

Analyzed call center metrics: Develop individual performance action plans. Managed team performance, time management, attendance, and policy compliance.

Wrote scripts: Used by agents to use in our newly implemented outbound sales campaign. 

Coached agents: Provided feedback including development of performance, improvement plans, and disciplinary notices along side of the call center manager. 

Motivated and developed team dynamics: Utilized technology to analyze data to support employee development plans to maximize sales opportunities.
