What kind of work do you take on?

I partner with organizations—particularly in tech, sports, and social impact—to build communities, design people-first programs, and craft strategic narratives. My work spans community strategy, mentorship design, culture campaigns, and global partnerships. I also consult on internal Impact and CSR initiatives, helping teams bring bold, purposeful ideas to life

Where are you based—and do you travel for work?

I’m based in Southern California and frequently travel for keynotes, fieldwork, and strategic collaborations.

What are you reading or inspired by right now?

I’m drawn to content that blends systems thinking, culture, and community—from The Art of Gathering by Priya Parker to the work of Guy Kawasaki, whose approach to innovation and evangelism offers practical insights for building meaningful movements. I’m also deeply influenced by conversations at the intersection of design justice, identity, and movement-building.

What brings you joy outside of work?

I enjoy coastal road trips, morning hikes, discovering new coffee shops, and Sunday brunches with close friends. I’m passionate about curating spaces for connection—whether through a large gathering or a walk-and-talk by the water.

Which tech and business news sources are your favorite?
I like my mornings with a cup of chai tea and a side of Mashable, Fast Company or Harvard Business Review.

Which blogs do you read? Any books to recommend?
I have too many favorites to count! I am working on a complete lists that I frequent for inspiration. My latest adventure sprung forth from reading the book Love Does, by Bob Goff. 

I'm visiting Orange County! Where should I go? 
You can use this article to scope out some of favorites in the county. I really enjoy The CAMP in Costa Mesa, Bear Flag Fish Co in Newport, and for all you dog lovers, Dog Beach in Huntington. 

What do you enjoy when you are not behind a computer?

I live in gorgeous Newport Beach, and I try to take advantage of everything that Southern California has to offer. From Los Angles to San Diego I love to be on the move and keep in touch with friends with a weekend brunch. When I'm not making magic at my desk, you’re likely to find me exploring nature by bike or kayak, eating my way through delicious restaurants, or taking a drive along the California coast with my black lab "Wrigley" posted up happily in the backseat, head out the window.
